(another) personal project
Why is it so hard for a designer to find his own identity, his own logo, his own brand? These are all good questions that few know how to answer. I give people a face, their corporative, personal mark, which makes them unique and recognizable, so why can't I have mine? I swear I don't know, I think its part of being a brand designer: we build other people's brand, identity and we never stop after the constant "Oooh I had an idea for a name" sentence because we DON'T have a face, its like white. White is not a color, actually its the SUM of ALL colors. My girlfriend Mariana, said to me the other day: "you are always changing from one logo to the next, you brain is like a sponge, assimilating information and then squeezing it until it dries eventyally (...) it seems like you are moving shapes all the time, questioning its own existan... - WOW, stop there! I had an idea, baby.. please let me work on this, please please.. *while opening joker.com to register the domain...* tomorrow we'll eat sushi, I promise!... And so I go, until the next one comes. Hopefully never. Fortunately, this is what I do. TECH details: card is perforated so I had to keep shapes simple. 85x55mm 300g/s couchet matte paper. Text is 80% black, I never use K100.
